Custom garage doors remain in high demand at the beginning of 2010. RHD has been pleasantly surprised of the steady demand for custom garage doors and we remain committed to providing the very best garage doors in the world. Many people have asked what I think of the recent acquisition of Wayne Dalton by Overhead Door Corporation, and with OHD being our national and exclusive partner for wood doors in the USA the question is important and valid. First let me say that I think it is great to see these two companies together. I do believe along with many others that consolidation must take place in order to have an industry that can and should be profitable, even in a down economy. Second, I believe firmly that WD’s products only compliment the overall offering of OHD. Their products fill in many of the gaps that were in the OHD product line. Third, I believe that RHD will continue to distinguish itself in the high end market of custom wood garage doors

and that WD does not threaten our exclusive relationship with OHD corp. Our partnership remains strong and the merger very well could provide additional opportunities for RHD.
